Delete your account
You can delete your FavourElectronics account here without installing or opening the mobile app. Sign in with the email linked to your account so we can verify that it belongs to you.
What happens when you delete it
- Your account is closed, active sign-in sessions are revoked, and your name, email address, phone number and city are removed from the active customer profile.
- You lose access to your account, saved account features and rewards balance. This action cannot be undone.
- Order, payment, reward, address, appliance and service records are not all automatically erased. Records may remain for outstanding orders, payment reconciliation, warranty support, dispute resolution, security and applicable record-keeping obligations.
For a request to remove other personal information, or if you cannot access your account email, contact the shop manager using the privacy contact details. We will need to verify your identity. Read the retention policy for details of records that may be kept.

Enter your account email and the six-digit verification code. You will return to this page to confirm deletion; signing in does not delete anything.
