Behind the business

Why we connected sales, installations and after-sales in one system

How Favour Electronics joined its showroom, online orders, installations, warranties and customer care into one operating workflow.

Selling a television or air conditioner is only the visible part of the work. The order still has to be paid for, delivered, installed where necessary, tied to a warranty and available when the customer returns for help. When those steps live in different notebooks and chats, the customer ends up carrying information the business should already know.

The sale should begin with one record

A showroom sale and an online order now enter the same operating workflow. The customer, items, agreed price, payment state and fulfilment requirement stay attached instead of being copied into a fresh message for the next person. Staff can see what remains to be done without asking the customer to explain the purchase again.

Installation is part of fulfilment

For appliances such as air conditioners, delivery is not the end. The job may need an appointment, technician, standard materials and additional work agreed on site. The system keeps that installation connected to the order and customer, which makes it easier to schedule work and understand what was promised.

After-sales needs the original context

Warranty and service questions are easier to resolve when the team can find the product, purchase date, receipt and installation history together. This does not remove the human work of helping a customer; it removes the search for basic facts before that help can begin.

Built for Favour, not forced from a template

The website, customer account and operations suite were built with the team behind Suite.ng. Favour Electronics needed retail, installations, warranties, rewards, campaigns and staff controls to work together, so the platform was shaped around those responsibilities rather than treated as a generic online shop.
